  1. The raffle is open to people aged 18 and above.
  2. Employees of VISIONAPARTMENTS and Stripped Pizza are not eligible to win the prize.
  3. The raffle starts on 15.07.2021 and the closing date is 15.08.2021. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
  4. The person selected in the raffle will win a 2 nights stay at VISIONAPARTMENTS Basel, Switzerland; redeemable until 31. December 2021
  5. VISIONAPARTMENTS accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize, included but not limited to: transportation to and from VISIONAPARTMENTS Basel, local public transportation, food and beverages.
  6. The winner will be announced on VISIONAPARTMENTS Facebook fanpage and via e-mail, on 16.08.2021.
  7. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash.
  8. VISIONAPARTMENTS shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
  9. There is no right of appeal.
